Keith Byars: Life Is Too Good

Keith Byars: Life Is Too Good

Miami Dolphins Tales From The Deep

The 1984 Heisman Trophy runner-up as a tailback for Ohio Sate, Keith Byars was selected in the first round of the 1986 NFL draft by the Philadelphia Eagles. Byars was a key contributor on the Eagles offense for seven seasons before joining the Miami Dolphins as a free agent in 1993. In three-plus seasons with Miami, Byars was both productive and popular, perhaps making his memorable play with a 77-yard touchdown scamper in the snow against the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day in 1993. Diving into The Tank, Keith shares why he still despises the Miami Hurricanes, why Reggie White would be his pick to win a Battle Royal wrestling match, admits how long he had been planning his famous snow angel TD celebration and has very specific instructions for Seth as it relates to former Dolphins Head Coach Jimmy Johnson.
