A two-sport star in high school and at Cabrillo College in Aptos, California, Obafemi Ayanbadejo strategically pursued an NFL career that was anything but handed to him. Ayanbadejo’s 13-year professional football journey included two seasons (2002-03) with the Miami Dolphins, highlighted by the 2003 season that allowed him to team with his brother Brendon. Along the way, he was part of the Baltimore Ravens Super Bowl XXXV Championship team, as well as the California Redwoods of the United Football League where his running backs coach was current Dolphins head coach, Mike McDaniel.

The Miami Dolphins are back in the NFL Postseason and OJ and Seth are looking back at the Fins thrilling December 30, 2000 contest against the Indianapolis Colts in the 2000 Wild Card Round of the playoffs. Jay Fiedler joins the guys to reflect upon the game in which Fiedler and OJ, along with 209 yards rushing from Lamar Smith and a stout defensive performance helped Miami rally from a 14-0 halftime deficit to earn a 23-17 overtime victory, the second-largest comeback win in team postseason history.

A two-sport star at the University of Indiana, Pete Stoyanovich reached a level of success and popularity with the Miami Dolphins rarely achieved by an NFL placekicker. The team’s 8th round selection in the 1989 draft played in 110 of the team’s 112 games during his seven seasons as a Dolphin and built a reputation for making big kicks in big moments, while earning First-team All-Pro honors in 1992 after leading the league in scoring.
