Robert “Bull” Wilson joins The Fish Tank and tells the unbelievable story of how he signed with Miami right after two straight weeks of smoking, drinking, and hanging out in Houston. Hours before a night out in Dallas, his agent called to say he had a flight to Miami the next morning—and everything changed.

Wilson recalls showing up for practice as the only scout-team fullback because Mark Higgs “wouldn’t take reps,” cramping up so badly on the way home that Richmond Webb had to pull over for Gatorade, and the thoughts racing through his mind as Jimmy Johnson took over the team.

Wilson also opens up about:

• Living with Richmond Webb when he first arrived
• Witnessing a shirtless Zach Thomas and Larry Izzo on 595
• A sleeping “diagnosis” that manifested itself during team meetings
• His book Big Hits and Politics
